1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Rally platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Rally provides a software platform for sending SMS marketing campaigns, managing contact lists, and analyzing campaign performance. You are responsible for the content you send and for obtaining proper consent from message recipients.

3. TCPA & Consent

You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and all applicable laws and carrier rules. You will only message recipients who have provided express written consent, you will honor opt-out requests promptly, and you will respect carrier-mandated quiet hours.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use Rally to send unsolicited messages, content related to SHAFT categories (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) without proper age-gating, fraudulent content, phishing, or anything that violates carrier policies.

5. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Usage above included messages is billed at $0.01 per text. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.
